But there are some things to bear in mind if you do take this path because it’s not just a matter of hiring people and telling them what to do and then paying them at the end of the week or month. Simply put, if your employees aren’t well, they’re not going to come to work, and that means that if you take care of their health by providing ergonomic furniture, flexible working, break rooms, and a comfortable office environment, for example, they’ll be at work more often. It really is that easy to do.
